IQVIA, a multinational provider of biopharmaceutical development and commercial outsourcing services, needed to boost talent retention and reenergize employees during the challenging remote-work time period of the health pandemic. My team and I helped develop the conference name, and an inspiring visual identity for the first employee-focused, career development conference. It was also the first virtual event the business had developed.
